2. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and prices listed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays or production processes.

 

3. Exchange & Cancellation Policy

• Exchange: We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please message us on WhatsApp at +918178137366 with your order details. {Note : Must Remember You have delivered that Product back to Us}
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
• Customer Damage: Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across India.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
• Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Kaarigari Craft is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate details provided by the customer.

 

5. Return Eligibility

Customized products, including personalized phone covers, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Returns or exchanges for damaged items must be requested within the 3-day window.
