Mandatory Conditions for Exchange (Strictly Required)

To verify claims and maintain quality standards, all exchange requests must meet the following conditions:

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
   A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is compulsory.
   The video must show the package being opened from start to finish
   
2. 72-Hour Reporting Window
   Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
   Requests raised after this timeframe will not be accepted.
   
3. WhatsApp Support Verification
   Customers must contact our support team via WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery.
   
4. Order Details Required
   Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief explanation of the issue.
   

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 72 hours will be automatically rejected.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
