At Kaarigaricraft, we strive for excellence, but we understand that mishaps can happen. We offer a product exchange up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that exchanges are strictly limited to cases involving missing, damaged, or incorrect products received to ensure you get the premium quality you expect.

Important Conditions (Mandatory)

To maintain our quality standards and verify claims, we require the following conditions to be met for any exchange request:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is required while opening the package. To be valid, the video must be clear and unedited from start to finish.
• 72-Hour Reporting Window: Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
• WhatsApp Verification: Customers must contact our support team via WhatsApp within the 72-hour delivery window.
• Order Details: Your unique Order ID must be shared along with the unboxing video and a brief description of the issue.
